The 2011 Annual Association Dues will be mailed out in June with a due date of July 31^st.   

The Clarke Pointe Homeowners' Association, Inc. was officially incorporated in October 2002. The objectives and purpose of the Clarke Pointe Homeowners' Association (CPHOA) shall be to promote the general welfare and serve the common good of its members as well as to maintain property values. The Board of Directors is elected by the CPHOA members present at the annual meeting. This Board meets monthly to conduct business relating to maintenance and beautification of the front entrance and common areas as well as to discuss matters that may come before the Board.
