The 2012 Annual Association Yard Sale and Neighborhood Party will take place on Saturday, May 19th, from 8am until 2pm. The party will begin at 4pm in the Playground area. Pizza, snacks, cookies and soft beverages will be provided by the Association.
The Clarke Pointe Homeowners' Association, Inc. was officially incorporated in October 2002. The objectives and purpose of the Clarke Pointe Homeowners' Association (CPHOA) shall be to promote the general welfare and serve the common good of its members as well as to maintain property values. The Board of Directors is elected by the CPHOA members present at the annual meeting. This Board meets monthly to conduct business relating to maintenance and beautification of the front entrance and common areas as well as to discuss matters that may come before the Board.
